Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

Operator and scope

Cali Blogs LLC, a California limited liability company, operates caliblogs.com. This policy concerns the corporate website and messages sent through its Contact form. SlyTots and other linked properties have their own product-specific information; a separate policy does not make a brand a separate company.

Information you give us

The adult Contact form asks for a reply email address, reason and message. We store these fields and submission time in a private table in this site's WordPress database. Authorized site administrators review them and may reply manually. The form accepts no attachments and sends no automatic notification or reply. A manual reply creates a separate email record.

We use submissions to address enquiries, privacy concerns and related technical issues. Nonconfidential bug or feature descriptions may inform maintenance or improvements without continued use of a correspondent's identifying details. Do not submit children's personal information or unnecessary sensitive information. If we learn a message contains it, we restrict or remove it as appropriate, subject to applicable legal duties and narrow preservation needs.

Technical information and protection

The hosting and security services needed to deliver and protect the site may process request details such as network address, requested URL, time and browser information. The Contact form uses a security challenge and short-term rate controls. The connecting address is not stored in the contact-message table, though hosting or security providers may retain request logs.

Analytics and browser storage

This website version does not intentionally load optional analytics or marketing scripts. Earlier versions used Google Analytics. Operator login and infrastructure may use storage needed for authentication, delivery or security. We do not use Contact messages for marketing or AI model training.

Recipients and retention

Website hosting, security and correspondence service providers process information needed for those services. A recipient's email provider also processes any manual reply. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address a concrete security or legal matter. Processing may occur in the United States or other provider locations, subject to applicable transfer requirements.

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, related business or technical issues, and applicable legal obligations. Administrators currently review and delete messages manually; no automatic production deletion schedule is active. Mail records, backups and technical logs have separate lifecycles. You may request deletion through the Contact form, subject to applicable exceptions.

Where UK data-protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and answering enquiries, and on legal obligations where processing is necessary to meet them. We consider the information needed and the effect on visitors before relying on those interests.

Rights and requests

Use Contact Us and select “Privacy request” to ask about a previous message, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a requester is entitled to the record. Applicable rights and complaint routes depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction. We assess requests under the law applicable to the particular person and processing.

Security, changes and contact

We use safeguards appropriate to the information handled and update this notice when practices change.
